Pocket Thedeal (5g American Ideal / Tuapeka Pocket by In The Pocket) won at Swan Hill on the 19th June, drawing No.3 he dropped back at the start to get the 1x1, then with 300m to go he moved out 3-wide rounding the bend for a good challenge in the home straight, hitting the lead 30m out and going on to win by a neck in a 1:54.8 Mile Rate for 1750m to now have 11 wins & 15 placings for $85,270 – bred by Ryder Bloodstock Ltd.

Code Black (6g Bettor’s Delight / Christian Watch by Falcon Seelster) won at Melton on the 22nd June where he drew No.5 in the 6-horse field and went out fast but didn’t make the lead, so sat parked around the bend taking the lead in the middle stages of the race and sprinted home in a fast last half of 55.2 and an overall 1:55.4 Mile Rate for the 2240m trip in his first start for 14 months to now have 17 wins & 17 placings for $252,335 – bred by Breckon Bloodstock Ltd.
