On Thursday at Manawatu in Race 6 is Bettor Sensation who ran home well for a 4th placing the first day and can be thereabouts again. In Race 7 is Itsokbeingbetter who has a better draw here than on the first day and can feature in the placings as a consequence.
Over at Swan Hill in Race4 is Pocket Thedeal who finished second in a 1.54.3 Mile Rate 4-starts back and from a handy draw here over 1750m he should get the run and be right in this.
On Friday at Auckland in Race 2 is All Yours who was a little unlucky in finishing 3rd last time at Cambridge and was a determined winner at Rotorua prior, so can’t be discounted from the handy draw here. In Race 3 is Forget The Price Tag who was a good winner last week and should be right in this again. In Race 5 is Gladamare who is raced by the Breckon Farms – The Perfect Ten Syndicate and who comes up with the ace draw and is certainly capable of being right in this.
In Race 7 is Emmber who was a good 2nd at the trials coming from a long way back and with a handy draw in this should get her chance.
At Addington in Race 7 is Funatthebeach who is in great form winning 4-of-his-last-5-starts and must rate a chance in this, although it is a step-up. In Race 9 is Elle Mac who was not at her best in last-start failure, but is said to have recovered and should be right in this from her favourable draw.
Over at Albion Park in Race 2 is Bronze Ecstasy who had broken gear last week but was only in fair form prior, so will need to improve to be in this. In Race 9 is Raesawinner who hasn’t shown much in his last 2-starts and will need some luck from his inside 2nd Row draw over 1660m.
At Newcastle in Race 1 is Wise Goddess who was a good 2nd last week off a 2nd Row draw but it might be harder this week from the extreme outside Front Line. In Race 5 is Our Dream To Reality who has been in good form with a win and 2-placings in his last 3-starts, but from a wide alley here it won’t be easy.
At Bankstown in Race 3 is Bita Banta who has been in good form recently and under the PBD conditions here he gets the outside Front Row draw, but in a small field he is still capable of winning. In Race 5 is Art I Special who has only been in moderate recent form, but from a handy draw in a small field can get some of this.
At Melton in Race 6 is My Kiwi Lady who has been racing well and although she has the inside 2nd Row draw here over 1720m, she does follow out the favourite who should lead, so she should get her chance.
At Hobart in Race 5 is Stylish Trend who has been in good form of late and if he can step and lead or be handy from his Front Line draw in this stand he will be competitive. At Albany in Race 4 is Smart Fortune who was a 2YO Young Guns winner on debut in NZ and a winner here last week so should be the one to beat despite his outside 2nd Row draw.
At Gloucester Park in Race 2 are Neighlor who has been racing well at this venue, but lost a shoe and missed at Northam last time so will need to bounce back strongly to be in this and Bronze Seeker who has also been racing well in this track but didn’t fire last-start, so will also need to turn things around to be in this.
On Saturday over at Menangle in Race 10 is The Pacman who has been thereabouts in recent racing since his win here before Christmas and is capable of getting some of this from his handy draw over 1609m.
At Broken Hill in Race 5 is Veluti who had two 3rd placings in most recent racing back in December and ran 2nd at the trials last week, so should be ready for this and can win in a small field.
At Carrick in Race 7 is Stylish Trend who is also an acceptor at Hobart on Friday night and who has been in good form of late and well capable of winning this if he starts.
On Sunday over at Bathurst in Race 10 is Bettor Under Fire who was in great form when racing previously back in December 2017, but only fair when resuming here on 23 January, so will need to show some improvement.
