Breckon Farms once again has a good number of farm-bred or foaled, owned or related horses lining up to race this weekend.
On Thursday over at Penrith in Race 4 is Vasari who was a good 3rd placing last week despite getting back and the driver dropping his whip, so can get some of this too.
On Friday at Cambridge in Race 1 is All Yours who was an OK last-start 4th placing on the course and from a handy draw here should get his chance. In Race 3 is Racketeers Boy who was a promising 4th last week and should be thereabouts again.
Over at Albion Park in Race 6 is Raesawinner who had a checked run last week, but has been struggling in his recent racing, so will need improvement to feature here. In Race 7 is Bronze Ecstasy who has got into his last few races and will also need some improvement to show up in this. In Race 8 is Rocking who has not had much luck in her racing or with her draws and comes up with the outside Front Row alley again here, so this will be tough. At Newcastle in Race 1 is Our Dream To Reality who was rundown for 4th last-start, but on his game should be featuring here. In Race 3 is Miss Streisand who is the winner of 4-from-4 this season and should be winning this for fun. At Melton in Race 5 is Pocket Thedeal who hasn’t got into his last 2-races, but was in good form prior, however will need to be on his game in this field of form runners to get some of this. In Race 8 is My Kiwi Lady who has been mainly racing well, but a step up here won’t make things easy. At Launceston in Race 6 is Stylish Trend who has been in great place form, being placed in all of his last 6-starts and should be right in this again with the right run from his wide 2nd Row draw over 1680m. At Gloucester Park in Race 4 is Rock Diamonds who was a good last-start 4th on this course, but will encounter some strong opposition here.
On Saturday over at Albion Park in Race 4 is Vettel who has been caught wide in his last 2-starts, but was a winner prior to that on this course, but with a 2nd Row draw over 1660m here, it won’t be easy.
At Menangle in Race 1 is The Pacman who was a good winner here over 2300m when last presented, so must rate a good chance to go close again. At Bendigo in Race 5 is Rock Tonight who has been racing well, but comes up against a couple of good ones in this Group 1, including the reigning Inter Dominion Champion, and with an inside 2nd Row draw over 1609m this will not be easy.
On Sunday over at Mount Gambier in Race 6 is So Bobs Your Uncle who was a tough 2ndplacing last week and is certainly capable of getting some of this especially from his handy draw. At Burnie in Race 4 is Stylish Trend who is in at Launceston on Friday and if he lines up here must rate a very good chance, as he has been in great form in placing in all of his last 6-starts, but may need some luck from his inside 2nd Row draw over 1892m.
